This big-batch recipe of no roll sprinkle sugar cookies will soon be your go-to! These cookies are buttery, light, and literally melt in your mouth. It's hard to eat just one!
Preheat oven to 350° F and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, vegetable oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.
Add the remaining dry ingredients and mix until combined. The cookie dough will be very thick.
Roll the dough into balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place the dough balls on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten the cookie ball with a cross pattern using the tines of a fork. Be sure to dip the tines of the fork into sugar before each press.
Sprinkle the tops with colored sanding sugar or coarse clear sugar crystals, if desired.
Bake in preheated oven for approximately 10-12 minutes or until the edges have just barely started to turn golden in color.
