Halloween Chocolate Bark

This chocolate bark is the perfect treat to make your Halloween extra special! It can be made with any chocolate of your choosing, but I recommend dark chocolate. Kids will enjoy helping too!

Ingredients

  • 1 10-ounce package dark chocolate chips
  • 1-2 tablespoons Halloween sprinkles
  • ¼ cup Halloween M&Ms
  • 20 candy eyes

Instructions

  • Line a large sheet tray with waxed paper. In a microwavable bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 20-second heating intervals. Stir after each heating period until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  • Using a spatula, spread large swirls of chocolate on the waxed paper so it is about ¼ inch thick. You do not want the chocolate to be too thin or it will be brittle. Immediately sprinkle with the Halloween sprinkles and M&Ms. Press the M&Ms down slightly. Press the candy eyes carefully wherever you’d like.
  • Allow to cool at room temperature or place in the freezer for 10 minutes to harden. Once completely set, break or cut into pieces! Enjoy and share with friends!

Notes

You may also use white chocolate chips or semi-sweet chocolate chips in place of the dark chocolate chips.
